The birthday 'week' ends...

A rude awakening with alarm going off at 2:50am and the working week begins again. Another day at work, home for lunch and a quick nap before Alison arrived to say happy birthday with the most fabulous gift - two framed photos for above the piano.

Absolutely perfect!

Stubbs arrived too...

..and we had coffee/tea and cake!

Then to mum's for a birthday dinner with Leonie and Sean and Megan. Delicious stuffed mushrooms and veggies and lots of chat and laughter. Lots of laughter!

And of course the photos were totally glamorous...

And from mum - the most amazing gift - two books of my travel blog that alison had worked on. They are so fantastic!!!

 

And so the birthday week is over and now I'm old!!
